RE: [Digital BW] SuperJetUSA CIS Problems

2008-12-16 by Brian Corll

PO,

I guess it doesn't matter now. My trusty old 2200 is now shot - completely
unable to print since the SuperJet disaster. Never again ! Score: Chinese -
$ 100.00 Me - $-700.00

Brian, I have been using Superjet for more than 2 years now. They usually
reply to my problems within one day. I did have leaking tanks the first
time. I send them a photo and they send me a new CIS. They do have broken
english but I understand them.
I have replaced the original tanks with some Bubble soap 8oz bottles you get
at the Dollar tree. I never had any problems with leaks in the cartridges. I
have a R220.
I would email them a picture with the leak.

I know it did not help your problem a lot. If you have any questions, email
me.

I just got the SuperJetUSA CIS for the 2200. After setting it up following
instructions (what instructions there were and the parts that were in
unintelligible Chinese pidgin-English), it leaks like a sieve. I was advised
to make sure that the tank and printer were on the same level. They are.
These guys don't have any sort of support to speak of. Anyone else with one
of the CIS's have any idea what to do to stop the leaking ? I wasted a good
part of a set of 4 oz UT-7 bottles here..this is becoming very annoying, not
to mention cleaning all the ink out of the bottom of my printer !
