Hi AnnMarie:

That's great to hear! The windex trick and the little nudge while  
feeding has been a great help to me over the years on all the  
printers I've used that feed like the R1800/R2400. I especially like  
to use the pre-feed/paper advance button to get the paper in place  
before printing. It avoids headaches, but doesn't help much for jobs  
with multiple sheets of paper unless you print one at a time.
