I would say that 90% of epson can be refilled. But there are some 
that have a non return value in them. 

I fill 100's of this cartridges 
I found that you have to over fill by 10ml then rest for 2-3 hours 
with them stand upright Then remove the ink with any air Then you are 
ready to go.

I have made my own adaptors One for each model type.
