Digital BW, The Print

1.  I can't seem to get matte paper to run through the R220.  Anyone else
having that problem?  I have the Epson print setting on heavyweight matte.
- - - -  Or, do I just need to buy a bigger printer?

 

2.  I'm also getting a message that the magenta isn't an Epson ink.  The
magenta shows up as if it's a full cartage.   Do I just need to reset the
cartage?
