I can size as I want, I can cover 1/8 or 1/4" of mat or expose as desired. I can compose to any proportion I want. You can get a simple mat cutting set for $50-100 and depending on how many prints you mat, it might pay for itself fairly quickly and provide the satisfaction of doing it all yourself. Most art stores carry linen hinge tape that you can use to connect the mats. Good luck.
