Thanks, Steve, very helpful. Only thing is, in order to print quality black with carbon ink and QTR, I need to have a file in the .tiff format - but PS documents are in .psd. However, looking at the PS help file (I use Elements) I see that I can save a PS document in .tiff as well as .psd. I'll give that a try. You may have given me a way out of my dilemma. I've never done text in PS before... would I have access to all my windows fonts that I would have access to in my other applications such as a word processor?
