You risk damaging the head beyound repair if you pressurise it and delaminate the thing. They are quite delicate. Also, it does not sound like the problem is with a clclog anyway. It sounds like an airlock or some other issue with the caatridge. I have found some success in filling the cartridge until ink starts to come out of the exit hole and THEN draw out 1/4 to 1/2 ml of ink and bubbles out of the exit hole. Put the cart back in and give it a cleaning cycle after leaving it standing for a couple of hours.
