So you tried the Inkpress Robin? And you have experience with both the old OHP and the new? Or just the new? I don't see any puddlling with Inkpress or Pictorico OHP @ 2880. Then again I didn't see any with Ultra Clear at 2880 either, but that was with IP running the show. Pictorico OHP is by far the best medium that I have come across as the surface is so absorbent and it is possible to print at 2880 dpi without causing any flooding. The digital negative needs an adjustment curve to accommodate the analogue image you wish to achieve. This is easily acquired by trial an error as it is dependent upon your printer/inks and the medium for the analogue positive.
