I don't know what the 2400 is like, but I solved that problem on a 2200 by keeping the pizza rollers up off the paper. On the 2200 they can be "levered" up and out of the way by slipping something into the space between the printer housing and the pivot point for each wheel. I had to do it individually for most of the wheels. Those little plastic slip-through ties people use to hold wiring neatly in place in electronic equipment (an elsewhere) worked pretty well when I shortened them with wire cutters. I have a friend who uses a couple "muffin fans" from old computer power supplies to the blow air down onto the paper as it is being printed. That seems to dry the ink enough that the pizza wheels won't affect it. Myron [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
