See http://www.paulroark.com/BW-Info/R1800-No-OBA-Paper.pdf for some non-OBA paper information. Lasal and Kayenta are both cold, brightened papers. No non-OBA paper can match them. In judging the relative warmth of the papers, look both at the paper white at the left of the graphs (lower Lab B is cooler) and also the extent to which the Lab B rises going to the midtones. If you're using a mat board that matches Kayenta, all of these papers are going to look warm in comparison. How cool or warm the mat board is will significantly affect the apparent warmth or coolness of the print. The eye will, in effect, do a white balance on that mat board. So, a warmer mat board will make the print seem cooler. Paul www.PaulRoark.com
