Did anyone read the article about Foveon chips in the NY Times? A Japanese company is using this new chip to manufacture a camera. Kodak was quoted to say that this new invention will allow resolution better than film. Is this what we are waiting for? The Japanese camera will be $3,000 and Kodak was quoted to say $1,000. I have never spent $1,000 on a conventional camera body yet! But I almost probably will with digital technology, because I find it so fascinating. -Della --- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@y..., "marktuckerdotcom" <mark@m...> wrote: > I can't believe I'm jumping into this digital talk too, but this > announcement this morning seems pretty exciting.
