Digital BW, The Print

My Epson C86's died last year, and I have some leftover supplies that I'd like to find a good home for.

1 SK168-II chip resetter (the battery worked last time I used it)
About 16 refillable MIS cartridges (some spongeless) all with chips

The carts have been stored in plastic bags, so they leaked (MIS inks, some color, some "EZ" B&W inks) and their viability might be hit or miss unless you're able to flush and restore them. The chips should be fine though.

All offers considered. At a minimum I'd like to get the cost of actual shipping within the continental US.
