Steve, I am certain that any CMYK workflow is not justifiable. EPSONs we are told are RGB printers which means they can only use RGB images. You would not have control with CMYK as a workflow mode. It is just another way to describe RGB as far as your printer is concerned. It is like your printer only speaks RGB and you will be speaking CMYK and it will do its best to translate your CMYK into its language. Can you see that when this happens you do not have justifiable control? I have had my share of troubles learning new languages and an EPSON can not do this. You are probably more of an expert than me. But it is to my satisfaction that I have organized my information so that I do not make mistakes which others have wasted their time on. My 4x6 card file is filled enough with reasons why CMYK is not a good idea on EPSON printers! I hope that I save you some time. -Della --- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@y..., "millerhillsteve" <steverob@s...> wrote: > Well after I finally got rid of the microbanding....about 5 purges > and 4-5 CMYK purge prints. > > Now I'm trying to figure out how to work around the CMYK workflow.
