Digital BW, The Print

Hello Everyone,

Lately the R2400 has been printing light. I've had to reduce the brightness by (-8) to get a screen match. This problem has never happen before.

When I run a nozzle check, the test print is good. So it does look like it could be the nozzles or a clogged head.

The problem only manifests when I use the Advanced Black and White driver, either toned or neutral, and/or with everything at default or not.

If I apply any kind of tone (heavy or light) and print using the color profile (by-passing the ABW), the print looks as it should.

Color prints looks fine.

I'm thinking this must be a software problem. If a nozzle check is good, and if it only happens using ABW driver what else could it be?

Has anyone else had this problem?
