Digital BW, The Print

You know I had this very nice informative off list conversation with David Tobie yesterday and it got me thinking. We all have so much more in common historically, and so much more to think about than arguing about the limited parameters of our particular niche interests of the technology and the commerce in and of itself. 

I don't know how this could be accomplished, but wouldn't it be nice if we could find a way to actually post a  rotating gallery of some kind of the things we are working on as images to share, how we as individuals use this medium to create actual things for ourselves and our clients that help us grow. Maybe a linked gallery on Flickr or something.

I say this because a short meeting I had with Tyler Boley, Bill Kennedy, Amadou Diallo, and  Walker Blackwell in Vegas at a conference a while back was very unique for me and I haven't experienced it since. We simply laid out the work on a table and described how we did it. It was so supportive and positive. So simple and clean. Everyone leaned something and contributed something.

I know Paul Roark does this by linking thoughts to his recent work and process illustrated visually. There could be a lot more that we have in common than dancing around the edges of what is less important and what we don't agree on.
