I've worked extensively with QTR in the past. I can't use it without banding with my current 2400, but that's probably a print head problem and not QTR itself. If I go with either the 3800 or 4800, I'll definitely get back to QTR and start making some curves again. > You can use QuadTone RIP (QTR) with the Epson printers and OEM inks for excellent results as an alternative to ABW. I have been pleased with the prints by both methods on the 3800.
