Digital BW, The Print

Just as I get a nice order from prints my 2100 with CIS system from
Piezography doesn't want to work.
Can anyone help?
  Whenever I switch on the machine all the "ink empty" lights flash
together with right hand button light (the one with the piece of paper
folded over). I've tried unplugging the machine and rebooting the
computer. Nothing seems to work.
Any help will be very much appreciated.  Many thanks in advance
