Luca, I believe the download part of the support web site is down. I tried all day yesterday with no avail.

David,
I've Spyder3 Print 3.5 (exactly 3.5b9 v 1,72) and I'd like to download the new v4.0 softtware, but I'm not able to open the download page on the Datacolor site. All I get is" page not available" Can you kindly suggest a way around?.I'm looking with much interest at the new hardware.
Thank you in advance
Luca

That depends on what you mean by upgrade path. The new v4.0 software
is free to existing spectro owners, whether they purchased PrintFIX
PRO, or Spyder3Print. But there is no special offer on the new
hardware, at this time, for existing users.
However, it's a better deal than ever, as the new Spyder3Print SR
bundle now includes the new software, the new strip reading spectro,
and a SpyderCube, in addition to Spyder3Elite, and a new, more compact
metal case. All for the same price as the previous product.
