I don't believe the v4 software will be available from the downloads  
page until the official launch of the product tomorrow. As for  
downloads page access, it uses a user name and password that you need  
to sign up for. I get immediate access to the downloads screen from my  
browser, choosing the Software Downloads option from the popdown  
lists, but I have a user name and password, and cookies that supply  
them. Your issue would have something to do with not having these, or  
not supplying them as expected.
