Digital BW, The Print

I filled my UT14 carts recently for the first time in about 4 or 5 months.
The subsequent prints were much darker and I started having trouble getting
good prints.  After a conversation with MIS this afternoon I found out that
the inks settle in the bottles and that I needed to shake the bottles before
refilling the carts.  They also told me that the EB 6 set was worse from a
settling point of view. 

 

Has anyone else had this problem - or am I the only guy that didn't know
that the issue?
