Digital BW, The Print

I know that print prices are very subjective and determined by the 
photographer's name, the gallery, the market etc.

I was hoping to get a ballpark of the $ figures you use - I did a 
search on google and came up with the following 'carbon pigment 
quadtone' prices:

Photographer A - 5x7 @$45, 8x10 @$60, 11x14 @75
Photographer B - 8x10 @$150, 11x14 @300, 14x16 or 16x20 @$600
Photographer C - 4x5 @$40, 6.5x9.75 @$50, 13.5x20 @$150, 
Photographer D - 8x10 @$35, 11x14 @$35, 13x19 @$50
