Digital BW, The Print

Only Canon has a similar class of printer available, otherwise you would have to step up to a 24" printer. I've had the HP Z3100 for 1.5 years, and am very pleased with the quality of B&W prints with no need for RIPS or special inks. But HP does not make a 16" printer.
