If you look carefully at the scan.
I think the price is $199.98. The scan is split and overlaps.
It is still a good price.

Yet, if you click on the "Ad Scan" link on the Staples page at the
blackfriday site you get
http://www.black-friday.net/staples-ad-scan.html, which appears to be
pages from a Staples ad, and on page 3 does appear to offer the 1400 at
89.98 (it's at the fold in the page - not the easiest to read, but I
think it's the 1400.)
