Digital BW, The Print

This is a basic question. I have been away from the B+W printing scene for sometime and was wondering if, after the announcement of Epson going after 3rd party suppliers, the MIS UT7 cartridges come filled like before the Epson announcement or do I have to fill my own or go to a CIS?
