Digital BW, The Print

I just read the Mark Dubovoy review of new Epson matte papers on Luminous Landscape

It's a very cursory review with little real information, mostly just his personal impressions.  He especially liked the hot press bright version, but never mentioned Dmax.  The only mention of blacks is "The blacks are also weak, but charmingly so" which doesn't tell us much.

Has anyone here tried these papers yet, or know of another review somewhere?
