Digital BW, The Print

I have replaced my 7500 with a 7600, presently containing Epson OEM ultrachrome inks. I plan to use the same 4 inks as I have been using with the 7500 (MIS Eboni, UT-3D-C, -LC and diluted -LLK) with base in the unused channels.

Can I simply load the MIS ink on top of the Ultrachrome and purge it through? Or is it necessary to flush first, and if so, should I use cleaning fluid ("MIS FLUSH"), Base, or either?
