Digital BW, The Print

I ordered cleaning cartridges from MIS for my Epson 1270 but they don't
come with any kind of instructions. All I was told was leave them in a
minimum of 24-48 hours.

If anyone has used these before can you tell me if you leave the printer
on during this entire period. Shut it off? Do I need to do any cleaning
cycles with these cartridges in place?...
