Digital BW, The Print

In looking over some papers sold by InkSupply.com I noticed a few things that brought some questions to mind.

Who's using either Somerset Velvet or Somerset Photo Enhanced, preferably both to print b/w using the UT2 Eboni inkset and hopefully on an Epson 1280?  What differences have you seen between the two?  How does the Velvet seem to work on a 6-ink printer?

Also, since the Velvet is a watercolor paper has anyone compared it to Epson Watercolor paper?

Also, I'm looking for some guidance on profiles for the 1280 and UT2 Eboni.
