Good "Epson Velvet Fine Art" approximation, in a roll paper?

Questions about the two Epson-branded "velvet" papers:

--How similar is "Epson Somerset Velvet" to "Epson Velvet Fine Art"?

--If the two are substantially different, can anyone recommend a paper that approximates Epson Velvet Fine Art, but available in 24-inch rolls?
