Digital BW, The Print

>I am sorry if this has been asked a million times.... I am getting back into B/W after a long absence and very keen to print nicely. I use to do wet B/W working with the zone system. While I can see that there is lots of good information, I am struggling to find a very simple 'how to do it' type of resource that says which current printers are appropriate, where to buy inks etc. I probably want to start with A4 as I can't really afford a bigger printer. Also I live in the UK. If anyone can point me to a resource or website then that would be very kind,

There are a number of technical articles on BW printing at the link below which discuss various printers, inks, papers and techniques.  This is a great time to be getting into it.
