Digital BW, The Print

I just switched from my old pc to a brand new Imac.  Downloaded the drivers from the epson site for the new snow leopard.  The mac recognizes the printer but I no longer can find the dialog box that displays the ABW, etc etc.  Any suggestions?

Sounds like it may have loaded the GutenPrint generic driver. Try  
downloading the driver from the Epson site and installing, then  
choosing that driver in Spyder Prefs > Printers and Fax.
