Dear all, I believe this started when I accepted a software update from Apple last night. Now, when I print with an ICC profile from Lightroom, the Epson R2400 driver disallows ABW mode. Screenshot: http://narcissus.net/noabw.png Having gone to the trouble and expense of having my printer profiled in ABW mode, I'd sure like to be able to use the profile! Any idea what's going on here, and what I can do about it? Thanks, Ben Rosengart

Hi Ben: I think you just want to reinstall the driver you had. I would try this: Go to the Apple in the top left>System Preferences>Print and Fax, then highlight the printer, and click on the "-" button. Then click on the "+" button and reload the driver that's already in the system-look for the one that says Epson USB. If that doesn't work, unplug the printer, go to the Apple in the top left>System Preferences>Print and Fax, then highlight the printer, and click on the "-" button. Then download the newest driver for your Operating System. Then plug in the printer and see if that works. Hope that helps, Andrew ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Andrew Darlow Editor, The Imaging Buffet http://www.imagingbuffet.com Author, 301 Inkjet Tips and Techniques: An Essential Printing Resource for Photographers - http://www.inkjettips.com and Pet Photography 101: Tips for Taking Better Photos of Your Dog or Cat - http://www.PhotoPetTips.com http://facebook.com/andrewdarlow
