I´m very aware now that in inks we are totally committed to one
supplier, and I don´t like it. In my case MIS didn´t tell me that they
weren´t able to send my inks in the manner i asked, a simple omisiion,
but it is having a major impact on my ability to print i.e. I can´t!!
so I either buy a 4oz set by fed ex hoping it will arrive before my 4
pints but why the hell should i spend more money with someone who I
don´trust??

Julian (come on nij, nick the formula for piezo and go into business
for yourself)

Re: [Digital BW] Re: MIS customer service

For all practical purposes, Generations inks with the 3rd version of
their yellow ink and enhanced black, is identical to MIS Archival Color
Pigment inks.

I have used both and I can see no difference at all in the color print
quality. They print identical.

Jerry

Try the Generations 4 with enhanced black and the Generations 3 version yellow.

If you go for the 4th version of generations yellow, it's lighter, but
the prints still look nearly identical to the MIS inks.
