Just stick with your 1160 curves.  If you see any disturbing crossovers in
the shadows, however, the 3000 example is what can probably be done to cure
it.  On my 1160, I didn't see any disturbing crossovers in photos.  However,
I was not doing the detailed work of trying to create as neutral a print as
possible with the 1160 either.
