positive exp. w/MIS customer service

I just had a very positive experience with customer service at MIS and given some of the negative comments lately I think they probably deserve some credit. I received a set of defective carts for my Epson 1400 recently. They did not seem to fit properly and generated a "fatal error" (both lights blinking). After contacting MIS by e-mail a very helpful service tech sent me a new set within days, and without having to return the defective set first. New set works perfectly.
