Paper thickness

Maybe this is an old topic but … I missed it!
Working with QTR Print Tool and an Epson 1430 printer, I can't select the paper thickness in my 1430-MIS printer (an option with the 1430 driver from Epson).
I'm trying to correct some curves for the paper I use but I can see roller marks on an empty sheet of Cold Press.
How can I tell QTR Print Tool to get to the thicker paper?
