Digital BW, The Print

I've got a strange problem with Lightroom.

I've been printing some BW greeting cards, using a Datacolor Extended Grays profile. Though they are all BW, some cards were in aRGB and some were GG2.2.

If I print from Lightroom, they come out very warm - a lot more yellow is in the hue. If I print from Photoshop, however, they come out dead neutral, as intended. I'm using the same printer settings.

I'm using Lighroom 3.6 and Windows Vista.

I can't think of anything I haven't checked.

If anyone has a suggestion, I'd be most grateful.
