Eboni-6 v. 1.1 - now on MIS webpage and settlement rate

MIS has updated its Eboni-6 page to note that it is now version 1.1. See http://www.inksupply.com/eb6.cfm . This uses the STS version of the WJ1082 that I've noted earlier on this forum. It is slightly warmer than the old Eboni, but still not as warm as the other carbon inks I'm aware of. The dmax is higher - much higher with certain papers and setups.
I did an accelerated settlement test today with my centrifuge. I included the new Eboni 1.1 (STS wj1082), Old Eboni and Epson K3 MK, all diluted the same amount and with the same dilution base. The Eboni 1.1 settles at about the rate of the Epson MK, but just slightly faster. The old Eboni settles at a rate that is in a different league -- much faster. In the draw-downs, the Epson and Eboni 1.1 look about the same; not so the old eboni.
