Hi, 
thanks for the link.
The problem is that I have accepted the "opt-out" cookie for both 
Yahoo and double click etc. but the ads still keep showing on the 
screen. Any clever lawyer want to start a class action?

The problem is that even blocking cookies entirely doesn't kill the 
pop-ups...

BUT

doing either that, OR using an opt-out cookie keeps them from harvesting 
and using your personal data.. and or tracking your habits..
