The regular Eclipse Satine White and Eclipse Velvet White both have
brighteners according to Brightcube (their manufacturer). I don't have an
Legion Photo Matte...but it is my understanding that it also has brighteners
in the coating. If you want to send me some Legion Photo Matte I will test
it.

To the best of my knowledge, the only inkjet coated, OB free papers are
Museo, Eclipse Satine Softwhite, and now William Turner (Wells River).
