choosing Matte Heavyweight or PhotoQuality Inkjet in 1160 driver

choosing Matte Heavyweight or PhotoQuality Inkjet in 1160 driver

When you change the Media/paper type in the driver Properties, what
really happens ?
If you choose Matte heavyweight, or Photo Paper or PhotoQuality
inkkjet paper ?
Is it a case of more ink being laid dowwn, or....is there a different
amount of info being printed....are you sacrificing quality ?

thanks,
frank

Frank - go to the following location for some useful Epson info,
including the hierarchy of ink laydown based on media selection.
Unless you choose a paper that the driver won't allow 1440dpi with, I
don't think there is a quality difference per se. There's no doubt
that some media settings will look worse with some papers however;
probably because of over or underloading.
