I am not sure about the 3000 but with my 1280's if I have both the Epson
driver centering box and the Piezo driver centering box checked the print
will be off center. If I uncheck the Epson driver centering box and check
the Piezo driver centering box the prints are centered.

Put white space at the edges of your image that is too small, in
photoshop. This printer has monumental centering problems ! It will take
a couple tries to get it right.

I've got to wonder how old your printer is ... I have an Epson 3000 as well with none of the centering problems you mentioned ... ???

It's kinda a bandaid, but changing the canvas size
just before printing works great. Take notes of what
sizes work and make a list, that's what I did.
