Digital BW, The Print

I'm trying to get to grips with printing on glossy paper (again!) and I
can't find a spray that doesn't mottle, bubble, or in some way f...k the
print up. Any suggestions??

Spray with a series of very light coats from opposite directions. If you try to lay 
down too heavy of a coat it will bubble and do all sorts of weird things. If you can 
get a couple of thin layers down first, allow to dry 60-90 seconds between each 
and then lay down one final heavy "gloss" coat, I find it actually works quite well.
