Problems with ProfilerPlus under Windoze

Just installed it.. Got it running under PShop 6, Windows 2000.. Shows up properly under the PShop the "automate" menu.. I Choose "Profiler Plus -- RGB" then "Create Profile" "Load Calibration chart" then NADA... nothing.. nichts! It never loads the chart... If I Choose CMYK.. It says "Could not convert the Calibration chart image to CMYK mode"... AGGHH!!! Any ideas? Keith
