Turns out that MediaStreet tech knew that the inks weren't compatible.. Sales messed up a bit by focussing only on cartridge compatibility instead of the inkset.. To their credit, MediaStreet is giving me a credit for the inks and Im using part of that credit to try the "ExactMatch" inks they sell for the S9000... Will report how that works out.. Keith
