Digital BW, The Print

Hi Guys,

It has taken a while to get my Epson 3000 with MIS inks working 
correctly but it is now printing very well but I seem to have no 
control over where the image goes on the page. 

I'd like to be able to center an image, say 8x10 on a 11x17 piece 
of page. Am I expecting too much from this printer or am I just 
not doing this right ?
