Tech4x5, I have found Silverfast to be quirky at times. I have the same scanner, PS7 and Silverfast version (plus others) installed and running okay on my Win 2K machine. Try a full uninstall and then reinstall. If that doesn't do it, give Silverfast tech support a call tomorrow morning. They have been very good to work with in the past.
