I saw that Atlex was listing the Endurance Matte so I ordered 9 boxes. It
arrived - all 9 boxes- as Archival Matte.

This is specific to only 13x19 paper. Go to the atlex.com site
and there are two products listed:

1. S041339 Archival Enhanced Matte Paper, 50 sheets $35.99
2. S041605 Enhanced Matte Paper SB, 100 shhets, $ 63.52.

I don't know what the "SB" is in option 2. But that is the paper I 
ordered, and which has NO watermark. It is interesting that this 
product is not listed on the Epson web-site(!).

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
