They all do some sort of in house testing, so they would have an idea if there ink paper combo would do well or not. I suspect Whilhelm doesn't publicly post fade test results anymore because the clients that pay him don't want it to be public knowledge on how well the inks do. MIS has had there color pigs tested by RIT, and its rumored that Cone and company are testing the new piezotones with RIT. I'm sure there fees are not public knowledge and probably negotiable, I am only recalling numbers from a discussion a couple years back.
