Looking for help in creating ICC profiles with MIS VM inks

I use Colorblind profiling software and a colorimeter to create profiles for my paper and color ink sets. It should be possible to use the same technology to create acurate profiles for MIS or other monochrome ink sets. Does anyone have experience with this process?
